Hello all, longtime lurker, first time poster. I hope this is an alright request to make here since it's not an ID request.
I have found out that early colonial catsups were made, in many cases, from mushrooms. I wanted to give it a go and make a mushroom catsup, but I wanted to have some fun with it and perhaps use several different types of mushrooms.
So my question for y'all is, which different types of mushrooms (preferably something I can buy in stores since I am not a seasoned forester) would combine well together. Maybe something a little out there and strange.
